Sean Harvey, MSOD, MSEd
Founder & Men’s Engagement Strategist | Warrior Compassion Institute
Sean Harvey, MSOD, MSEd, is a senior advisor, strategist, and thought leader working at the intersection of men’s engagement, leadership development, bridge building, and systems change.
As Founder of the Warrior Compassion Institute (WCI), Sean leads initiatives that engage the hardest to reach men in the hardest to access systems—police, first responders, defense, energy, construction, and tech—to humanize leadership and culture from within. His trauma-informed, systems-based approach addresses the deeper drivers of hate, polarization, and extremism while fostering compassion, trust, and humanity in organizations.
Through the WCI Method and M-LABB (Men Leading as Bridge Builders) framework, Sean equips leaders to bridge divides, cultivate presence and moral courage, and build cultures of belonging and purpose. His belief is simple yet transformative: when men heal, systems heal.
With over 25 years of experience in organizational development and systems change, Sean helps leaders and organizations engage men as a strategic lever for strengthening leadership, culture, and performance. His work connects men’s healing with organizational transformation, helping leaders move from performance to purpose and from managing culture to humanizing it.
Sean’s experience includes serving as Head of Personal Transformation and Wellbeing at EILEEN FISHER. Earlier, he led the Talent Consulting Division for Partners International, overseeing 150 consultants and coaches worldwide.
As a founding member of Project Compassion, a national coalition of law enforcement and trauma-informed experts, Sean co-developed a compassion-centered consulting approach for law enforcement and public safety agencies to build trust and transform culture.
He has served on faculty at Cornell, NYU, and Baruch College and is affiliated with The George Washington University’s Center for Excellence in Public Leadership. He is also a Fellow at American University’s Polarization and Extremism Research and Innovation Lab (PERIL), where he teaches Men, Masculinity, and Extremism.
Sean is the author of Warrior Compassion: Unleashing the Healing Power of Men and frequently speaks on Strategic Men’s Engagement: An Untapped Lever for Culture Change. He is a leading voice in men’s healing and transformation, building an elite force of leaders and practitioners through WCI to engage men in hyper-masculine systems, humanize cultures, and heal the divides that fragment our world.
