Warrior Compassion Projects
Project Compassion
Warrior Compassion was a co-founding member of Project Compassion a joint collaboration to bring deeper compassion into police departments and state and federal law enforcement agencies across the country and around the world.
Project Compassion is an initiative to bring new questions, new perspectives and a new set of practices to public safety. By putting compassion at the center of policing, we believe we can heal wounds, improve the lives of police officers and foster safer, healthier communities—for all.
We are a diverse group of experts in law enforcement, trauma-informed practices and workplace culture. In consultation with law enforcement leaders, mental health professionals and community representatives, we are deploying an “inside-out” approach to compassion in policing. This means, first, demonstrating compassion for officers and helping them cultivate it in themselves.
Next, we help strengthen compassionate, and build high-trust cultures among units and across departments. The heightened compassion within law enforcement agencies leads to improved mental health, higher retention rates and more effective collaboration.
Project Power
Warrior Compassion brings the power of love, compassion and deeper humanity into the global power centers - governments, multinational corporations, and NGO’s. Bringing compassion-centered and soul-inspired approach that deepens the level of humanity in each organizational system.
Project Extreme
Building off the work with Project Compassion, Warrior Compassion works to bring the compassion, love, and humanity work to extremist communities and authoritarian governments. This is critical work for the larger vision of societal systems change and culture transformation work. Bringing the message of love into the most hyper-masculine cultures on the planet.
